Ava Victoria Designs has evolved over many years from a curiosity to an obsession of all things creative.
I live in Winnipeg, Canada and enjoy a busy life painting and doing photography. I’ve worked with most mediums including watercolor, clay, wire and gems, pen and ink, pastel, fabric, embroidery and more.
Recently I have rediscovered my passion for acrylic paint. I love the versatility of acrylic. It works on most surfaces and can be manipulated in endless ways. My work has always been abstract using texture, the flow and blending of vibrant colors balanced with muted tones. I want it to be a journey for the viewer to see and feel whatever they like. I am inspired by nature, the amazing people in my life, and all of the beautiful things I surround myself with in my home.
